Let me first say that I am not a fan of Miley Cyrus. I don't necessary dislike her, but I don't care for her either. I guess a change of hair color can really change ones whole appearance because I never though Miley was a pretty girl, but I think she looks amazing as a platinum blonde. It kind of makes me wish I could pull off blonde . . . (I'm too olive for blonde hair.)
