Perlier Shea Butter White Lily Hand Cream

Disclaimer: Product provided for purpose of review.  All options expressed are my own.

If you have followed me for a while, the brand Perlier may be familiar.  I have reviewed a few of their products in the past and the brand has not disappointed.

I am constantly applying hand cream and usually keep a bottle with me everywhere.  I have a hand cream on my bed table, a hand cream on my vanity, one in my bathroom, one in the kitchen, one in my purse, one in my car, one on my desk.  I have a lot of hand creams!  And since I can never have too many, Shea Butter White Lily Hand Cream.

According to the back description: "Perlier has extracted from the fruits of the Tree of Youth an important part of Shea Butter: 100% organic, with extraordinary regenerating, nourishing and protective properties.  The new moisturizing hand cream, made up with 15% of Shea Butter and White Lily extracts with lenitive and emollient properties; it grants smoothness to the most sensitive skin."

As I mentioned, I use a lot of hand cream.  I have used a lot of different brands and formulas but not one quite like this.  This is probably one of the most moisturizing creams I have ever used. I find myself not having to apply it multiple times throughout the day.  Just one application will last for hours despite hand washing.  And in addition to my hands, this also works pretty well on my dry elbows.

I am not usually crazy about the scent of lilies, but this is quite pleasant.  Its isn't too strong; however if white lilies are not for you, you are in luck.  This cream comes in different scents.

At 6.7 fl oz, this tub is huge!  It's probably a little too big to tote in my purse but the prefect size to keep on my desk or by my bedside.

It retails for $35 on Perlier's website, however you can get this product or similar products through HSN.  You can also tune into HSN on July 24th and 25th, when Perlier will be appearing and featuring the Shea Butter White Lilly Hand Cream in a number of different kits.

Quote of the Week

For this week's quotes, I am trying something new.  My friend Andrea writes a book blog over at Andi's ABCs.  When one of my recent weekly quotes  was from one of her favorite books, Andrea suggested using a few other books quotes for my weekly feature.

Here are the three quotes Andi recommended in which I then turned into images

Sunday Lusts

1. Filmstar Killer Cheekbones Set, Charlotte Tilbury - I have been lusting over the Charlotte Tilbury blush and sculpt brush since Lily Pebbles hauled it last fall.  I was excited to hear that Nordstrom is now carrying the brand and the brush is included in this set.

2. Primed and Poreless Pressed Powder, Too Faced - I have been seeing this powder just about everywhere lately. Since the Primed and Poreless primer is one of my favorites this powder is on the top of my shopping list.

3. Souffle D'Eclat Finishing Powder, Yves Saint Laurent - I don't usually put too much thought into my powder and yet this is the second on my list.   This powder is pricey but it has gotten nothing but great reviews and I really love YSL beauty products. (They are worth the splurge!)

4. Youth Liberator Serum Foundation, Yves Saint Laurent - I love Touche Eclat foundation  so I would be interested in trying another foundation in YSL's product lineup especially one that offers anti-aging benefits.

5. CC+ Radiance Palette, IT Cosmetics - I have been in the hunt for a good all on one cheek palette since the beginning of time.  I have recently discovered IT Cosmetics so I am really eager to try out more products of theirs. And this palette looks gorgeous!

6. Gold Mine Sequined Camera Strap, Bloom Theory Shop - If you follow Pearls and Pastries you may seen Lauren's camera strap at some point.  I first noticed it on her instagram and became obsessed with it.  While Bloom Theory has a bunch of really cute/girly straps, I am in love with the Gold Mine, which happens to be the same one as Lauren's.

Life Lately

I have been on a blogging hiatus lately.  It is due to no other reason but a case of the lazy days of summer.  I'm hoping to have overcome my aliment with a productive few days behind me with scheduled posts.  Even when I am not blogging, I am always taking to Instagram, whether it is photographing new products or just something pretty I spot.

Here are some of the recent photos from my Instagram:
